Following the double winning success at the recent HealthInvestor awards Vita has claimed another prestigious award.

Vita picked up the Using insight for improvement (Innovation) award at the Patient Experience Network National Awards with its work developing an innovative digital chatbot, with Artificial Intelligence specialist Limbic, to elevate the patient experience within primary care psychological therapy. The Patient Experience Network National Awards are the first and only awards programme to recognise best practice in patient experience across all facets of health and social care in the UK.

Vita also received the runner-up award in the Working to improve the experience category: Working to develop an innovative digital chatbot to elevate the patient experience within primary care psychological therapy.

Additionally, Vita has been selected as a finalist in the Best COVID Response in Healthcare for overcoming the challenges arising from the COVID pandemic to provide continuity of mental and physical healthcare services, successfully mobilising new mental healthcare services, investing in new innovations to enhance service offering, whilst enriching our staff health and wellbeing initiatives to support the workforce through the pandemic and beyond. Results will be announced in November.
