Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

As a PWP, you will provide low intensity CBT and guided self-help to patients with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression.

High Intensity CBT Therapist (HIT)

As a HIT, you will work with patients presenting with moderate to severe mental health problems.

Counsellor

Working within our EAP service, our Counsellors offer a wide range of support to our patients. From immediate emotional support on our helpline, to short-term solution-focused telephone and video sessions and signposting via our online webchat.

Assistant Psychologist

As an Assistant Psychologist you will support the delivery of clinician-led interventions for patients awaiting treatment from our NHS Talking Therapies service.

Employment Advisor

As an Employment Advisor, you will work with patients who are currently receiving treatment from our NHS Talking Therapies service and who are experiencing barriers into work.

Health and Wellbeing Coach

Our Health and Wellbeing coaches support patients to make positive lifestyle changes, to improve their mental health. With a focus on physical activity and healthy eating, our coaches deliver exercise classes, lifestyle webinars and check-ins to help our patients to feel healthier and more motivated.

I joined Vita in 2020 as a Service Manager through Tupe process. I was instantly impressed with the quality and impact the organisation was making in the field of Mental health. My career has developed during my time here and I currently work in a Service Director position.
