Vita Health Group Chairman Wins Outstanding Contribution Award

We are delighted to see our Chairman, David Mobbs, being recognised for his outstanding contribution to the care industry in the LaingBuisson Awards last month.

The LaingBuisson Awards recognise and celebrate “industry excellence and innovative services” in the public, private and third sectors. The awards are in their 14^th year and are dubbed the ‘Oscars of health and social care.’ They pride themselves on recognising excellence and are judged independently and objectively and focus on the people providing the care as well as their advisors.

Commenting on his award, David said: It was an honour and privilege to have received the Outstanding Contribution Award at the LaingBuisson Awards last night – and to be in the distinguished company of the recipients who have gone before. It was very daunting to be on the stage in front on my industry peers, but it serves to remind me that this achievement was not done on my own – and I would like to thank all of the talented, committed, and hard-working people at all levels in this industry – who have not only supported me, but also mentored and taught me over the years. Thank you all.
